We were visiting Wimberley from San Antonio on a weekend morning and stopped by the Century 21 office...just to inquire about maybe selling our Mother's home. We were unsure about the market, the hassles of selling a home, the dread, etc.

Mitzi was the agent on duty, she answered all our questions and arranged to meet us at the house within a few hours. We instantly knew she was the right agent for us...and selling the home was the right decision. She was very professional, personable and thorough -- we felt like we had met an old friend. We knew that the house was going to be a challenge to sell, with it's unusual layout and fully expected it to take about a year to sell. Which it did, almost to the day.

During that year of being of being listed, Mitzi worked very hard on our behalf. Going above and beyond our expectations. Since we live in San Antonio, she handled everything for us -- from meeting with remodeling, plumbing, electrical, well and septic companies to arranging bids and being there when contractors needed access. She even provided daily (hourly, some days) updates on their progression throughout the jobs. We couldn't have done it without her.

Often decisions and choices have unwanted consequences... This, most definitely, was not one of those times. We will recommend Mitzi (and Century 21) to friends and relatives in the future because of the outstanding experience. Stopping by Mitzi's Century 21 office in Wimberley, Texas on that chilly weekend morning back in January 2017 was one of the best decisions we've ever made.

The final decision was based upon a gut feeling that Mike Boyle was the type of person that would do his best and most important (and not in the above question), we wanted an individual that would provide good communication with us, as we lived over 200 miles away.

This property, and the sales process, was greatly impacted with the flood of the Blanco River a couple of years ago. It was immediately adjacent to the bridge and a large portion of the actual concrete highway ended up on our lot. The process caused concern in many areas, and Mike Boyle would go out and check on the property, advise us to check on any FEMA relief, and let us know the status of the cleanup process. This saved us many long trips and in turn, made us aware of how professional and what a great person Mike is....words cannot express our gratitude!

We contacted him for a showing and after receiving additional information about the property we decided it did not meet our needs and canceled the showing. We thought that our overall sales experience with Wade Dahl was excellent. We could not have had a better or more knowledgeable and experienced and trustworthy agent helping us. We are extremely pleased with Wade and his help purchasing and educating us on our property purchase

We have not had any real estate dealings within the past 30 years and we are new to the process. Wade helped us through every step of the process with lots of patience. We called and emailed him many times with questions and updates. He always responded quickly and had all of the answers we needed to help us feel comfortable with our purchase. Wade was always very honest and did not try and hide anything and told us straight on all aspects. He even made recommendations on if it was him buying the property what inspections he would have done. Wade was in a unique situation that the property that we wanted to purchase was one of his listings. He was representing the sellers, he offered us another realtor in his office to be our buyers agent, but we trusted Wade so much that we wanted him and also for all of the work that he did for us we wanted him to have 100% of the commission and not have to share it. Wade is extremely knowledgeable about real estate transactions and has every contact imaginable needed to purchase land and build a house on it. He helped us with recommendations for sub-contractors to come out and provide pre-inspections of the well, septic, fencing, roads and an arborist for Oak Wilt inspection. I called the various inspection people and mentioned that Wade had referred them and I was able to schedule all of the inspections on the same day. When my wife and I met with Wade to make an offer and fill out the paperwork for the offer and write the escrow check, he helped us through every section of the offer contract. He explained every paragraph of the offer contract and had patience with us until we understood the meaning and felt comfortable with the contract. He couldn't advise us on the offer amount but he did give us some general offer guidelines. Our first offer was not accepted but the sellers counter offer was slightly above our reasonable offer and way below the initial asking price. We ended up purchasing the property for under the bank appraised value. We are extremely happy and satisfied with the purchase the price and especially Wade's help throughout the process. He also helped us with the purchase of the sellers Kawasaki Mule 4x4 UTV that they were selling.
